LPN members ratified the Tentative Agreement for an LPN career ladder that includes:
* Three Levels: LPN I, II, III
* An minimum increase of 3% for all LPNs (more for those eligible for LPN II or LPN III)
* All LPNs who meet the criteria can move to LPN II or LPN III
The agreement will go into effect the pay period starting March 20, 2023.
