Gallup's Annual Honesty and Ethics Poll Shows Nurses are again at the top
According to Gallup's annual poll, nurses continue to outrank other professionals for the 11th year in a row when it comes to honesty and ethics. When asked, a whopping 81% of Americans say nurses have "very high" or "high" honesty and ethics standards. Other professionals joining nurses at the top were military officers, pharmacists, and grade school teachers.
At the crowded bottom were advertisers, members of Congress, and car salesmen.
