Written Grievances

Written grievances should NEVER be more than three sentences.

1. What happened. (who, what, where, when)
2. What this violates. (contract, policies, a law)
3. The remedy. (make this as broad as possible in case you to go to arbitration--you can always negotiate for a lesser remedy)
