In this environment, we the workers are able to provide the highest quality care for our patients. In addition, as staff at CHCB, we are organizing our union to empower ourselves and our patients to:
· Develop communication systems that are participatory, transparent and accountable to our staff and our community.
· Negotiate a legally binding contract that fosters an environment of respect where our staff have an equal voice in decision making.
· Create more transparency and participation across the organization around wages, benefits, job descriptions and the direction of our beloved Health Center.
