After bargaining for almost 24 hours (Thursday morning 4/18 through Friday morning 4/19), we have a complete tentative agreement! A summary of the wins are below.

The contract will only go into effect when a majority of members vote for it. We’ll follow up with a more comprehensive summary and information about contract voting shortly.

We reached a tentative agreement (TA) on Tuesday 9-20-2023 that increases wages by 20% over three years, includes a minimum number of per diems for units & increases urgent pay to 100% (double time).

 We will be sending a ratification ballot (through Election Runner) to your work email address later today and voting will end at 9am on Tuesday September 26.

On June 30th, the Brattleboro Federation of Nurses negotiation team reached a tentative agreement with hospital management. This agreement does not go into effect unless and until members ratify the agreement.

A ratification vote will be held on Friday, July 22nd at BMH (room TBD). Members may also request an absentee ballot by emailing hriemer@upvaft.org
